We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically results in delivery within 2-5 business days within the US. For international orders, they will be sent to processing locations before being transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.
Every product we offer is meticulously handcrafted. Our standard dice potions can be expected to ship within 4-5 business days. However, custom dice potions may take longer to ship, depending on the specific customizations requested. For custom orders, please check your email for expectation confirmations. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to verify the order's current status. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and holiday seasons may experience shipping delays.
Both glass and plastic dice potion bottles get packed within insulated tubing for maximum protection against damage. The tube is then packed carefully inside a standard cardboard shipping box with additional protective packing material.
Upon receiving your order, we strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection to check for any defects or damage. Regularly, the dust will settle over time, making it more challenging to shake. In such cases, a firm tap on your hand or a gentle tap against a soft surface should help loosen it.
If your inspection reveals no issues, we recommend storing the bottle in a cool, dry location, away from heat sources or direct sunlight, to prevent fading or excessive bubbles.
